Sierra Europe extends its attachments product range with the crane mounted shears Diablo, designed for demolition and of course to process and prepare scrap metal. The range of Diablo shears meet all needs of scrap yard market, offering the ideal model both for daily work of pre-shearing and for large demolitions. The quick coupling bracket offered by Sierra are suitable for the majority of cranes brands and the 360° rotation system allows to process material quickly and correctly.
All models are equipped with replaceable and 4 sides usable blades to drastically decrease maintenance costs, while piercing push rods are easily and quickly replaceable by the operator. The structure and the mobile body are built with structural and wear resistant steel and the dimension of cylinders grant performance at top of market.
Diablo shears are designed to process:
- Simple structures such as pipes, beams, solid round, plates, etc. that you can find on your daily job
- Complex structures such as several welded and bolted structures, trains, container, ships, etc., tanks to theirs huge perforation force
- Demolition of industrial plant, nuclear power station, steel meals, power plant, ecc.
The product range is wide to meet all customer needs: the differences between models are the wide of shear opening and the shearing strength, from 310 to 1800 tons. Moreover, the choice of right model depends on carrier on which the shear will be installed.
